available in sizes ranging from 1 to 6 gallon (see chart
below). White is the most standard color, but we also
carry various sizes in either Natural or Black. Other
stock colors are available upon request (minimums may
apply). Silkscreening or child-drowning labels are also

Pail Sizes
Pail sizes listed above are standard sizes. We may have variations available as far as the height and liquid capacity of certain sizes of pails. Please inquire if you are looking for something in particular.
MIL Thickness
Standard mil thickness of each pail size is shown in the table above.
Standard and Optional Colors
Standard colors are White, Natural, and Black on the larger sizes, and White and Black on the smaller sizes. Other standard colors can be obtained by special request, and minimums may be required. Special colors can be matched for large volume orders (truckload or more) and would require longer lead-times.

Decorating and Silkscreening
Pails can be silkscreened or printed. Silkscreening is available on larger pails (3-1/2 gallon and larger), and offset printing is available for 1 and 2 gallon size pails. Minimum quantity runs would apply. Please inquire for details.
Child-drowning warning is available as a label, or silkscreened directly on the pails for those who require it (a pricing upcharge would apply). Labels can be supplied seperately or pre-applied.

Standard Covers
Standard covers are available in the gasketed standard version and also gasketed with a tear-strip feature. HI-VIS covers are non-gasketed for more viscous products such as printing ink or thicker pastes, and peel off the pail. The gasketed covers are available with all the common pail fittings such as Rieke flexspouts, or tint plugs. HI-VIS covers do not have a fitting option. These covers fit on 3-1/2 gallon to 6 gallon plastic pails.
Two gallon covers are gasketed with a tear-strip feature. One gallon covers are available in either a gasketed or non-gasketed version. Non-gasketed versions are available in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or low linear-density polyethylene (LDPE).
Fittings
Various fittings such as Rieke Flexspouts, Tint Plugs, or Screw Caps are available in addition to the plain cover. Other options such as self-venting spouts, and spouts that allow for the expansion and contraction of gases to pass through are also available. Fittings are only available for the gasketed covers for 3-1/2 to 6 gallon pails. Tint Plugs and Rieke III fittings available for the 2 gallon pail cover. No fittings are available for one gallon pails.

UN Rated Openhead Plastic Pails
UN Rated Openhead Plastic Pails are available in two different styles. The 5 gallon Openhead UN pails are approved to hold hazardous liquids that are compatible with HDPE plastic. The UN rating is sufficient to hold liquids that have a specific gravity of up to 1.4 and vapor pressures up to 30 kPa. The pails are available with Plain or Rieke Flexspout lids. For hazardous dry chemicals or powders we have a line of UN Screw Top Pails that range in size from 1 to 12 gallon. They feature an unique resealable screw-top cover which has a child-resistant feature. They can be decorated with offset printeing or silkscreening. |

UN Rated Tighthead Plastic Pails
| Our unique line of UN approved
Plastic Tightheads are available in both the standard
round version and also in a unique square cross-section
version that offers tighter stacking on pallets and pails
that will rest flat on their sides for dispensing from
faucets. The rounds range in size from 5 to 7 gallon, and
the squares range in size from 2-1/2 gallon up to 8
gallon. The pails are UN approved for both domestic and international shipments of hazardous materials. They are also rated to be shipped via air. They are available with several neck sizes to choose from including 70mm fine thread, 63mm crimp-on, and 61mm buttress thread. Some styles have a "ratcheted" neck to accomodate a tamper-evident security lock. |
